— Eternal Life —

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. – Romans 10:4 (KJV) For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

We are no more partakers of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil… we have now come to the Tree of Life. We have come to Jesus. He is Life.

Our life is no more about right and wrong choices. The things of this world are not our focus. It’s about living Eternal Life, now. It’s about partaking of eternity – it’s about knowing Jesus and the Father. It’s about manifesting our identity to the world around us.

By His death on the Cross, Jesus destroyed the power of death over anyone who believes Him. As the Perfect Man, He fulfilled every letter of the Law through perfect faith!

Through oneness with Him, every requirement of the Law (and conscience, as far as gentiles are concerned) is fulfilled for us too. Habits may cause people to slip into the flesh, but guess what!?… there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus – Romans 8:1 (KJV) There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The wages of sin is death, but despite sin God freely gifted us Eternal Life, through Jesus! – Romans 6:23 (KJV) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

There is NO death in Eternal Life! – no matter what sin a person commits. Of course, this does not mean committing sin is free… it comes at a physical cost – not an Eternal cost anymore. The only sin that has the eternal death penalty is not believing Jesus as Lord and Saviour – John 16:8-9 (KJV) And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me.

Those who believe Jesus are already in the abundance of Life – John 3:36 (KJV) He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Paul highlights that it’s not about sin anymore, it’s about Jesus now… it’s about living and knowing God. Romans 6

Get right in your purpose for living and everything in your life will fall in place… Live in the freedom of Jesus!
